First of all, Pandarians. I do not care for them. Chen Stormstout was funny in Warcraft 3, but thats as far as they went. An entire island about them? Oh, please. Also, having one race for both factions is a nightmare.
Next, monk. I've never been a huge fan of eastern-styled warriors, as they are fairly over romanticized. The idea that an unarmed man with his fists could beat a an axe-wielding, fully armored guy is laughable at best.
Finally, Pandaria, the new continent. The concept of this expansion is that the Horde and the Alliance have gone to total war. One day in to this war, the Pandarians tell them to quit their shit. I mentioned previously that one race for both factions was not a good idea, and the developers have the nerve to introduce allies on Pandaria that only side with the Horde (hozen monkey-people) or the Alliance (jinyu fish-people). So, there are faction based allies that, essentially, join those factions in the story. Why the crap aren't they the playable races? And 50% of the quests in Pandaria are "go do my chores for me" from a random Pandarian.
The one redeeming quality of World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria is its PvE (Player vs Environment). I've only done two dungeons thus far, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Also, playing something with a whole mess of my friends isn't half bad either. So, the story of this expansion, in my opinion, is a tad bit silly, but you can't argue that Blizzard has been refining a masterpiece over their many years, and its still going.
This is a very brief post, partly because I plan on hitting level 90 today, and because I don't really have much else to say, except that I can't post about anything else until this leveling business is behind me.
